Panayiotis Damianou FCA is a Fellow Chartered Accountant of the Institute of Chartered Accountants in England and Wales with more than 20 years of experience advising businesses, boards, entrepreneurs and internationally structured groups.
His experience spans IFRS reporting and consolidations, international taxation and transfer pricing, treasury and financing, corporate governance, regulated financial services, transaction support and complex cross-border structures. His professional experience includes substantial private businesses, family-office and UHNW environments, regulated financial institutions and groups operating across multiple jurisdictions, including listed environments.
He is also the founder and Managing Director of P.D. Audit Limited, a Cyprus regulated audit and advisory firm established in 2012.
